Prior to Booz & Company, led and worked on business and technology consulting engagements at SAP Australia. Previously led an 8-member Quality Governance and Operations team at SAP Labs India, focused on building core product development systems (e.g. ERP, CRM).

Started career at MetLife Insurance India as part of the core operations and product/tech team and supervised key aspects of MetLife’s largest cross-functional project to integrate all value-chain activities.

Volunteer Mentor for the Skilled Migrant Mentoring Program, funded by NSW Government; mentored newly-arrived skilled migrants, helping them integrate into the Australian workplace and community.

I manage the careers education team at LSE Careers, overseeing the design and delivery of our programme to support the development of career management and employability skills of LSE students and alumni. I am part of the management team, ensuring we set and meet our department's strategic and operational objectives. 

Outside of LSE, I am a freelance career coach and a School Governor.

Shashidhar Bilgi is an experienced consumer business leader in the FMCG industry. His present role is that of the Business Director for Diversey’s Prosumer for SAARC.  In a career spanning over 20 years, Shashidhar has worked across national & regional P&L responsibility roles in Sales & Trade Marketing functions. He has held business pivotal roles in B2C as well as B2B segments, viz. General Trade, Modern trade, HORECA, Institutional and Food service domains. Shashidhar has worked across challenging roles that encompass diverse product categories like Food & Beverages ( Confectionary, AlcoBev, Staples, Ready-to-cook products), Construction chemicals and Home & Personal care.  Shashidhar is also an active member of the CSR organisation and has helped grow the beneficiary network, by enlisting new NGO partners.
